The Open Door Trust was set out to help the relief of financial hardship to people living in the Peterborough area by applying for grants of money to provide the paying for of items, services or facilities. We also want to develop the capacity and skills of member of the socially and economically disadvantaged community of Peterborough, in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their own needs  and to participate more fully in society.
